UEFA has started disciplinary proceedings against Feyenoord and Rome, the incidents of 1/16 the return match of Europa League final which was held on Saturday at De Kuip.
Giallorossët qualified eighth in the final after winning by 2-1 in Rotterdam (a score of 3-2 responsive), but the meeting was accompanied by racial slurs against Gervinhos and other objects thrown at the stadium.
