United's song offered

Barcelona midfielder Alex Song, was offered Manchester United this month.

The United manager, David Moyes, has confirmed that he needs a reconstruction of midfield and hopes to reach Juan Mata from Chelsea in today.

But before negotiations club for Mata, United had taken the proposal to sign former Arsenal midfielder, Song, which is activated at Barcelona.

However, according to the Telegraph, club leaders have ruled out a possibility for transfer of Cameroon.

Juventus star Arturo Vidal, another goal continues to be the main Moyes for the January transfer window.
