Barcelona midfielder, Cesc Fabregas, believes he plays a crucial role under the direction of coach Gerardo Martino.
Fabregas, who was reunited with Barcelona after moving from Arsenal, has been a starter scoring 11 goals this season, just three fewer than in all of last season.
"Martino has given me confidence. He has always believed in me and know what player I am. "
"He asks me to do things that we can not do and is always looking for the discovery of aspects of my strengths."
